Current preview and scope
This policy describes the PBZ Field Atlas development preview as updated on November 2, 2026. It currently runs without advertising, Google Analytics, account registration or a public upload service. The operator’s public identity and contact details have not yet been supplied; these are required before the public launch.
Your checklist stays on your browser
Found-location identifiers, a format version, a region identifier and an update timestamp are stored in browser local storage. They are used to restore your checklist when you return. The current application does not transmit these records to a server. Clearing site data removes the browser copy.
Export creates a JSON file on your device. Import reads the file you select in your browser, validates its contents and merges accepted markers into your local checklist. The file is not uploaded by the application. You control copies that you save or share outside the site.
Correction drafts and contact
The correction-report tool creates a text download locally. It does not submit a message, create a ticket or upload an attachment. A configured email contact link opens your chosen mail application; sending a message is a separate action you perform there. Email providers process messages under their own terms.
Do not include account passwords, authentication codes, payment details or unrelated private information in a correction report. A location name, a clear description of the issue and an appropriate public reference are usually sufficient.
Technical requests and external links
Your browser requests pages, map artwork, styles, scripts and locally hosted fonts from the server serving this site. That server can receive standard connection information such as IP address, browser headers and requested paths. Production hosting and log-retention settings are not yet selected and must be disclosed before launch.
Location cards link to external guide publishers. Opening a source link takes you to that publisher, which may use its own advertising, analytics and storage. We do not control those services. Read the destination’s privacy information before providing data there.
Advertising and consent
The current preview does not load Google AdSense or other advertising vendors. Advertising cookies and personalized advertising are therefore not active here. Before advertising is enabled, this policy must include the required vendor, cookie, data-use and opt-out disclosures, and the applicable consent management must be configured.
The site must not claim that a consent banner, opt-out control or retention policy exists before it actually does. The public deployment’s privacy policy will reflect the services that are genuinely enabled.
If Google AdSense is enabled in a future release, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies, web beacons and IP addresses to deliver and measure ads. Advertising cookies can support personalized ads based on visits to this and other sites. You can manage Google's personalized advertising through Ads Settings and consult the linked Google data-use explanation. These links do not activate advertising on this preview.
Your controls
You can undo individual found markers, export your checklist, reset it with confirmation, or remove the site’s local storage through browser settings. You can choose not to open external source links or send email. Because there is no account database, the application cannot restore a local checklist after you remove all copies.
This game-reference preview is not designed as a service for children under thirteen. We do not intentionally collect children’s personal information. If the intended audience or data processing changes, the policy and relevant configuration must be reviewed before release.
